Initiate Your Return
Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and the original packing slip to ensure a smooth inspection process.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned unit, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
